Climb the Certification Stairs
The Seven Step Levels chart below is a summary.  We've placed it ahead of the individual steps in three separate sections so that the progress will just make more sense.  We do think it will pay a learning dividend to just review the major few elements in each step. The only required steps are in First and Second.  When these are completed, contact our "Mentor - Practitioner - Certification Specialist" for advice on your next step download.  Just contact [email protected].  She has the easiest job connecting the rest of us to experience the more difficult part of the process.

Since were climbing step levels, we'll start by explaining the bottom two steps at the top of the explanation trail.

Certifications are connected to timeline experience and range from NOVICE through SUPPORT and finally LEAD.  Each "track" requires specific study, mentorship, and experience demonstration.

Higher certifications allow further independence with slight deviation in performance delivery.
Major advancements are normally linked to impressive CERTIFICATES as proof of status achieved.

At the mid-level, there are three levels that allow an interested individual to obtain a broad exposure to potential roles that they may choose to enter and become Certified and even strive to become a Mentor if time and interest allow.

The final two levels are not firm.  Rather they allow an individual who has achieved these highest Levels has a good bit of freedom to practice what living life will allow.

Event Designs
Events are generally predetermined as to attendance eligibility, content, supply items, agenda and duration.

Each local QWLC Office and Territorial Headquarters is responsible for stocking appropriate items as scheduled.

When applied within a Ten-Stage, 3-Cycle pattern, some items are capable of being shifted from one instance to another.
Libraries
Each operating central location will have the necessary Operations Library to provide uniform guidance.

There are three Library categories:  6 Universal Manuals,

6 Central Manuals,

9 Helpful Binders, and a few SAMPLES of other variations in extensive event documentation.

The six narrow binders on the right are focused on the Alignment of an organizations Culture and what might be many RGBProZone pockets within the larger organization (not all of which would automatically require attention).

Data Collection may be completed early-on in a 10-Stage Cycle or it may be done as a separate series of events looking into the performance of specific areas that show symptoms of neglect.  The Bound Pamphlets below contain the gist of what is needed in a highly successful data collection effort

Workshop Items
All standard Event Records contain three elements:  Outcomes, Methods, and Resources.

The Resources section may contain variables to accommodate programmed differences.

Otherwise, the combined "Resources" list for all available event options becomes a location supply list.
